Generally phones have a standard security code placed on them which can be activated or deactivated via the setting on the page. However once security is activated on the phone, the code will needed to be typed in every time the code is switched off or the keypad is locked. Generally the standard code for all phones unless changed by you yourself is either 1234 or 0000. If changed however it will be whatever you made it and the best way to get it unlocked would be to find your receipt of purchase and take it to your local phone shop, which should be able to reset the code. Though many market stalls would do this as well although there will be a price involved.
