How Do You Get To Navel Rock In Pokemon Emerald?
You need Groudon,Regirock and Rayquaza. Make Rayquaza fly to Lilycove, then go on the ship. Then go to where Sudowoodo is and make him faint. Then use the move fissure and the cave will open. There will be a portal to Navel Rock.
