You can use an ar or you can give a pokemon of no importance or a lot of importance that you would not mind cloning a rare candy and use the cloning glitch at the elite 4 pc until you have as many as you want

Well you should either clone pokemon holding a rare candy or make 2 pokemon hold rare candies and breed them(need male and female or ditto).
