What Cold Medicines Test Positive For Meth?

Any "over the counter" cold medicine that has "meth" is sold at the pharmacy and requires  ID.  Any product, brand or generic, that is coded "D" has "meth" ... my puppy was choking on a piece of news paper i managed to clear her airways but now she panting what could this be?
My dog,  and many others, love to eat tissues, stuffing from their toys, etc.  As long as your puppy is breathing and not choking from the paper, she's probably just really thirsty.  When a dog pants, they are cooling their bodies and need to drink plenty of water.
