How Old Do You Have To Be To Have A Wee Mee?

Well I am 12 but on weeworld I am like 32  =/
and I think you can really be any age as long as you are mature enough
not to do wrong stuff because on weeworld you arre able to do a lot of things that are just wrong... =P lol
personally I think you should be at least 14 but I go on anyway
