Hi I just brought small telephone for 1-4 yr olds...just to let you no that the product is not very kid friendly...the lead of the phone is so short the children can't put the phone to the ear.the product is useless.normally your products are good but this one is rubbish

Attention customer service...I have 2 fisher price space saver high chairs, I have only had them 6 months and the areas that the straps come through are cracking, and tearing can you tell me how to stop this?
