My grandmother's computer's plagued by Windows Hello notifications. There's no way to disable them. So I set a pin. Can't Windows take a chill-pill and leave off? Is there a way to disable it that isn't using cmd.exe or anything crazy?

Turn off Windows 10's pushy Edge notifications

1. Step 1: Click inside the search box and type notifications.
2. Step 2: Click Notifications & actions settings.
3. Step 3: Scroll down a bit to the Notifications section, then disable (i.e., toggle off) the setting for Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows.
