I Need Radio Frequencies For My Radio Shack PRO2096 For Marine, Ham, CB, Police/Fire For Detroit, Michigan. This Is My First Scanner And I Need HELP! Can Anyone Help Me?

If  you  go  to  your  local  Radio Shack
they  will   program   your  scanner
with  all  the frequencies  from  your
local  area
I  was  told  that  by  Radio Shack
when  I  spoke  to  them  once
