I have a business w/advisors giving advice. Building Chat seems no brainer, but I'm debating text since not everyone has time for chat. There is asynchronous chat, that people call text chat at times. How do you allow for both on an app the best way?

The only thing I can think of is to offer a microphone option so they can speak text. I am sorry, I am not IT trained or trained in Code,  but if I were a customer, I would like that option offered if the microphone was not offered under the texting keyboard on the phone .
