Sometimes when I want to put a character (text) in between others, it replaces the one after that. Ever happened to you? Does anyone know a solution?

I use to accidentally hit the key "insert" on my PC keyboard. When I went to correct a spelling or add a word, it would delete the character directly after. Perhaps this is what may be happening to you. When this issue begins again, tap the "insert" key and see if that helps. Best of luck to you!
