No. You can't get patent for a website. But it can be copyrighted.
A website-graphics,visual elements, content can be copyrighted at the time of development.

What can be patented?
You can get a copyright for any unique and creative content. This could  range from a design, a sketch, a painting, a song recording, a music  video, a movie file, a poem, a book or even a short story.

Note that in most countries of the world (Including India for all intents and purposes) copyright just exists. There is no need to go to a company like this one to "register" your copyright. It exists whether you "register" it or not.
