There's no accurate figures about how much the Meerkat app is currently worth, although despite its battles with the "bigger" app Periscope (which has the might of Twitter behind it), Meerkat was able to recently raise a huge round of funding, with many Hollywood-names and interests getting involved.
The round was led by infamous Silicon Valley investors Greylock Partners.
