Maybe your computer display resolution is too high or not high enough
My Skype video isn't working. I can see other people but they can't see me. I tried their help page, but I can't find anything useful. The connection is ok, my speakers and microphone are good. What's wrong and how can I fix it?
Skype has been having some issues lately. Did you check in Tools and then options ? That's where you usually can find any problems. Some people I know on it have had to uninstall it and then install it again to get it to work right. One of my Tech friends told me that Skype is having a lot of issues and to keep it updated. There is a contact area where you can contact them and they are very helpful.
