These are the steps: (if you own microsoft office on your computer)
1. Go to the little "Windows" icon on the bottom left corner, if you are using Windows 8 or above, still click the icon, but click the "search" button and search microsoft office (if you purchased it).
2. For windows 7 or below, click "search" and search for microsoft office.
3. Then click "Word Document", if you would like to email it to somebody, click "share" and enter the email adresses.
Steps for users without downloaded microsoft office:
1. Go to outlook.com
2. Go to my files or create a new file.
3. Click on "new document"
4. Click on "Word document"
5. Start writing your letter!
