Ask.fm only shows who you are if you don't post anonymously. There was some talk about Ask.fm removing the anonymous feature because they were worried by the amount of cyberbullying on the site (some which lead to a teen suicide or two), but in the end they have decided too do nothing, and let people continue to post questions and comments anonymously.
