I am making and trying to put together a song. I want a multi-layered music making program that is not too hard. I also want it to be able to import music. It can be a video making program. Any suggestions?

I would recommend checking out FL Studio.

It's very versatile (you can make pretty much any kind of music you want on it), the user interface is very intuitive, and although some of it can get quite complex - once you understand the basic principles of how to put a track together, you can make something that sounds really good in a very short space of time.
Plus it is very well supported and their is a big FL Studio community, with plenty of tutorials on Youtube.
