The figure I have seen is that GTA 5 cost $170million to make AND market, do I dunno what it would have been without the marketing side of things, but I'm guessing still quite a lot!
But considering it is the most successful and pretty much the most awesome game ever, I'd say it's worth it.
They are definitely making that money back and then some!!
