You could format it. That deletes everything from the drive.
If you have a Windows cd; Put it in your computer and choose advanced options. Find the harddrive (you can recognize it by looking at the total disk space / space left) and click "more options.." and then "Format."
If the customer still wants the Windows operating system you can just install it fresh on the drive you just formatted.
