I know if you put metal in one you get a great light show, followed by a broken microwave lol
They are good to heat wheat packs. That's about it. We have been told to stay away from them when they are switched on and to put some water in with the wheat packs.
Ah, science is full of interesting anecdotes:
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...well actually about 50 years ago in this galaxy, physicists theorized that the universe was created in a really gimungous explosion! According to that theory, if it was true, the explosion should have produced massive amounts of microwave radiation that would have lingered to this day, bouncing around the universe.
In the 1960s, some engineers at AT&T Bell Labs were busy inventing a microwave radio system to send long distance phone calls without wires, but they were getting an unexplained static hiss. They couldn't figure out what was causing it!
Lo, when the physics community heard about the problems at Bell Labs, it turned out that the microwave hiss that Bell Labs was receiving precisely matched the predictions of the Big Bang theory. Hence the Big Bang theory was confirmed to be true.
So put THAT in your starship and warp it!

If You Want To Have FUN Put An Egg In There And Turn It On For 30 Seconds Or So.. My Friends Always Said.. Don't Put Hot Dogs In Without Slicing Them... No Metal In There.. I Do My Quaker Oatmeal In There. My Hot Cocoa . My Hot Pretzels My Baked Ta-toes.. Corn On The Cob And Mashed Ta-toes.. Popcorn.. Quickie Stuff.. I Would Not Do Whole Meals.. I've Reheated Pizza .But They Are Easy To Clean.. Great For Warming Snacks.. No Bread Wrappers In There Or Sparks Will Fly.. I Have The Round A Round Thingy. I Get A Good Laugh Doing Smores.. Watching A Marshmallow Heat Up Is "Unique" I've Done Like "Soup At Hand" And Ramen Soup In There. There Is Supposed To Be Toxic Chemicals If You Stand Too Close.. Plastic Plates Can Get A Nasty Fragrant Mess So You Have To Be Careful Timing Things..
It will overcook your food around the edges before it cooks the middle of it....so if your making a bone-in steak, put the bone towards the outside of the plate. And I cannot live without mine. When mine broke...I went berserk without it. Also,be careful when U pick up a container you've cooked food in, in a microwave, cause it can burn the heck out of your hands. The pottery holds the heat much more than the food that's in it. Including your coffee cup.
Like if someone is going on a long trip you say good bye by kissing, hugging and waving at them wildly as they go. But if it's just your Mum going to the store for a loaf of bread you just give her a micro wave.
Then again a microwave could be the opposite of a Tsunami

If you put certain stuff in there it blows up and you have to buy a new microwave and have fun breaking the next one. :D
Also, if you put food in there for too long it can catch on fire.
And if you stand next to one, your body is absorbing unhealthy radiation.
It warms things up.
It's more like a mini, portable, plug-in oven.
IT'S FUN TO PUT MARSHMELLOWS IN AND WATCH THEM PUFF UP!

Easy to use
It cooks the food faster ,when microwaves are generated the water molecules in the food breaks which helps to heat the food
Hi Coldplace. All i know is that they are supposed to heat things up from the inside out,and they don't like metal containers.(i tried it once)
They are great if you want to dry something out you just picked to smoke! Powers over this, this is not against the saying what I did say.
Um... An interesting fact on microwaves... Well, it was invented after its creator walked by a radar tube and the chocolate he had in his pocket melted. Not really all that interesting, is it?

Microwaves get Hottttttttt.
I live out of one so ought to know some stuff but my mind is in deep freeze lol
