Yes the hair grows eventually as they get older and they will have a lot of hair on their hair at the age of 3. I know this because I am a player/member on babydow. None of the babies on babydow stay bald forever because the hair on their head does grow.

They will grow hair but, no it won't because I am a member and my first baby who is now in school started bald and now he has flat straight hair with a little fringe on the side.
