Is P.r. Forms Company In Los Angeles Ca. A Scam?

Yes PR Forms is a scam, I took a chance and sent in the money, I never received anything. Anyone wanting to talk to Phillip can contact his cell phone # (323) 218-3342. This # was on the back of my cashed check. I plan on contacting the BBB and Attorney General's office in California to file a complaint against his company. I have recently received similar opportunities from the same area...I threw them away!

I just got this flyer today and think that this is a Scam. Because this guy want you to send a  check for $35 payable to "P". "R".  Forms....and the name of this sender is "P"hilip "R"ohns...So I think he just cashes the checks and runs...

Definitely a scam!!! They never sent the material I ordered and paid for.

I don't know if they are or not,I received letter from them and they want me to pay $35.00 to fill out 5 forms a day working part-time and and I would get paid $2,500, and the more I filled the more I get paid, so I would like for somebody to let me know if they are scammers or what

How legitimate is the Company? How can I contact them by phone? Where else can one obtain the latest forms to file a claim?
