I'm getting the same thing. Obviously they didn't think their dolls were as big a hit as they were. I have 3 dolls to sign up and I'm not happy about it.

I also had to upgrade and download Adobe 9 onto my computer and had to make sure that Adobe 8 was removed. This took two tries, but now I can see the website.
This stinks we can't go on the web site .Why the works wont turn it on I hate the web site now because we can not go on it! SOME-ONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
Don't even bother - their customer service is non-existent. I called on monday and sat on hold for 30 minutes - no one ever answered. I emailed them twice - no response. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Also, I was reading reviews and apparently the online world leaves a lot to be desired - most people say the only thing you can do on it is change her clothes and read the BFF book - no games or anything! They charge you $20 and advertise a great online experience and this is what you get? The BBB has 41 complaints on file for this company already (spin master ltd, located in canada). Make mine # 42!! I'm fed up!
I agree..the website for livworld is terrible....I was on hold today for 30 mins as well and NO answer...I have put in the code in for over an hour....My daughter is so disappointed!!!! The company is terrible....I will file a complaint as well at the BBB!!
Oh my god!!!!! What is the problem with these people!!! I have tried to lode this website like thirty billion times and so I try my moms computer I finally see words. And I'm thinking think goodness I can play on my moms computer but then I read it and it tells me to lode adobi flashplayer!!!!! What the heck!!!

Anyone having this issue - update your adobe flash player to the most recent version and you should get in. I just figured this out for my daughter.

Well you go to livworld.com but I wouldnt waste your time trying to enter the code. It takes forever. Trying to register your doll doesnt work. I agree that the website is absolutley terrible.
We are having the same problem as far as entering into Liv World. I am assuming that the company didnt prepare for such a big hit with the dolls and someone in their IT department didnt do their job. This is truly sad because there are a lot of little girls that have the Liv dolls and they cannot access the web site.
