Cause I`v already experience same thing,so try this steps hoping it will solve yours1select setting from main menu2 select configuration setting3 select personal configuration4 press add new5 select access point6 in the address type ; gprsmtnlmum for postpaid gprsppmum for prepaid7 user name and password are mtnl and mtnl1238 now go back to the setting9 go back once again and select activate default in all application10 now try it,,,
