Animal Crossing Lets Go To The City When Does The Balloon Man Come?

You r all wrong he comes on a sunny sunday ,saturday or monday in the morning but if you rewind your time or fast forward it it wont work he wont come .

Sunny days, days with the date between 1st-9th.

Lol lol lol lol ITS RANDOM he come on sunny and rainy day monday-saturday 12:00am-12:00-pm

Is this really all true?
Because for me he came on a day the was very sunny and also it was during 12:30 PM!
It can work if you skip time but it'll take for ever

Guys your all wrong He comes on random days rain or sunny from monday-sunday he could come any day and It DOES WORK if you skip time but it may take ages for him to come I skipped loads of days looking for him I eventually found him but it wasnt worth the time I skipped so if you ask me just keep playing without skipping time and he will come plus you have something to look forward to

Apperantly the balloon guy only comes on sunny days ...if true obviosly not in winter . This isn't true he comes on random days lol lol ...most likly to be a sunday

I want to know the REAL day when he comes not friday or monday  the Proper day and the time!

I never seen the balloon man...come on people..work it out...people keeps saying no its wrong the date is...blah blah blah!! Can somebody give me the real answer?!

Both of the previous answers are false, the balloon man came to my town today (a MONDAY) which proves that he doesn't come every Friday. The only real way to know when he comes is, well, there is no way. Unless you e-mail nintendo or something... Just keep checking as often as possible and you should see him there occasionally. I've had the game since... Well a while now, and I have only had the balloon man twice, so I guess he's one of those people who are quite rare to appear and you're considered fairly lucky if you get to see him!
