You have to get a action replay but I not sure because I do not have one so you might never can get him.
First you have to go to Classic and just play Master Hand will appear and battle him. If you do then he will show up in the adventure. Plus you will get him and you can play as him!! ^_^
I tried that but one I had unlocked up to wolf a message appeard that said this"congragalations you've unlocked everyone and can now have..."well I'm not sure but you can only do that with debug
