Scyther doesn't evolve by level you have to give it a metal coat and trade it with a friend and get them to trade it back and they should trade you back a Scizor.You should be able to get a metal coat off byron on iron island after you beat the pokemon league or get the national dex.
Put the metal coat oc scyther - drop it in the GTS asking for an under level 10 infernape (or some other impossible to get pokemon) do a random trade then remove your scyther - if done correctly it should evolve into scizor
I don't think Action Replay users would waste their time using the GTS when they can generate their own pokemon.
Anyway, try Level 9 or Below *any fully evolve starters* or *any final stage pokemon that isn't found in the wild, evolves at a late level, doesn't evolve via happiness, or evolve via evolution stone (like Staraptor, Tyranitar, or Rhyperior)*. I've tried one of those all the time and haven't lost anything. Also, I wouldn't try asking for any legendaries this way unless it's a useless legendary (mainly any of the Regis).
Well in pokemon platinum scyther doesnt evolve by level.
You will have to get the metal coat from Byron on iron island. After you do this you can then make scyther hold the metal coat and then finally trade it with a friend so it can evolve into scizor
Dude, number 1. It will NOT evolve by level.If you don't listen you'll end up with a level 100 Scyther. 2. Do a dude what wold happen ''if you trade him with a metal coat'' and it WILL evolve
It doesn't evolve on a level it evolves when you give it a metal coat and trade it with another player. The metal coat is found on iron island somewhere. Hope I helped!
