If you are going to try and see the text messages off someone else's phone on your computer, there is no chance of you being successful. Not only is this (somewhat) illegal, but you are not going to be able to access the phone and therefore you are not going to be able to see the text messages that they have sent. If they have sent messages from a computer to a device and it is on an account with a certain website, you will be able to see the messages if you know the login, but you are only going to be able to see the messages which were sent from that online account and no their phone directly.
The online account is completely separate the text messages that they will have sent from their phone, and therefore you are not going to be able to see anything that they have sent. If you were able to do such a thing there would be no privacy in having a phone and there would be not point in sending txt messages as anyone and everyone would be able to read them.
If someone has backed up certain messages on a computer and you are on that computer you will be able to see the certain messages which are on there and have been put on there purposely, but, again, you will not be able to access the phone as this is completely separate unless it is plugged into the computer at the time. All in all, no, you are not going to be able to see someone else's text messages on any computer as this both illegal and immoral.
