How Do I Get My Built In Web Cam To Work?

I still can't get it to work my cam

Go onto your start menu then go onto control panel there should be something saying network and internet click on that then there should be 6 or 7 heading 1 in which should say connect my ______ web cam. Click on that and it will go through the res t with you.
(what ever make comp or laptop you have) It is just a next next next procedure then click finish and your done!

In built web cam comes along with laptop. If you want a in built web cam to work. Purchase a laptop which keeps in built web cam feature.
