There is no set rule or way of creating an email ID when using Skype. One way you could link your Skype account to an email address is by using the following format:
Set up your Skype email account: [email protected]
Once you have set this up, whenever someone emails you using this address, the message will pop up onto your profile and this will then be forwarded on to the email address you provided at the time of setting up your email account.
When you receive a new message you will be notified of this in your usual email address account as it will say you have received a message on Skype. You will then be able to click on the link in the email that will take you to the Skype page where the message has been left.
