Individuals monitors the websites, the owners and modes. But country ? It's none of their business! Like this website, it's individual based and no one else can decide the principles of the website except owners and the modes.
The abuse report option exist for the members, if i feel something been violated in concept of moral, manner and humanity (not based on my personal beliefs such as religions) then i can report the post as abusive so the modes can check it out.
