That's just one of the problems with these social media sites. Probably would be best to take any work related things off of your profile and then tell these people that you don't wish to discuss these things as you have to work for cable all day. Just tell them to please take up their issues with the company as you are on Facebook for other reasons other than work.
Sometimes you just have to speak your mind and stand your ground. No matter how you do it, youll offend someone but its just life and it goes on. They are expecting way too much from you when you really cant deliver so just tell them the rules here or this will never end. You can apologize here but you really haven't done anything wrong here so I wouldn't . Just do it and move on
