Save As-As you are using any editor like Word ,Excel etc. Write article/topic after your document ready. You save as your document with your topic name.is called save as.

Save-If you added on existing file and need to save.is called Save.

Only Difference is Save use for existing file and Save As for New file

if you have already one file in your system and you can modify that and save it different name.Its called save as .
and save means any new file with their unique name.
