I think children are affected a lot by technology today. There are good ways and bad ways.
Are children affected by technology today?
Technology is used for the wrong things most of the time. At school, I'll walk around and see that most groups of kids text a lot at lunch, and even in class. I don't know why they can't have a face-to-face conversation like normal people. If my fourteen-year-old group of friends and I can do it, why can't more experienced seventeen and eighteen year olds do it? Also, we have personal laptops at school, so a lot of grade sevens and eights (11-13yr olds) spent lunch on them, without talking to one another.
Totally affected. Now a lot of children use iPad to play games. Many kids use smart phone in school. I can't tell it's bad or good, it depends on how parents teach their children.
