I own the Samsung Galaxy S3. I know you can set the input device to Italian, but, I can't seem to change the phone's entire language to Italian, only to English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. You could check with your phone carrier or check with Samsung themselves. Theu might be able to help you. Good luck!

It's possible that you might be able to download a new language. If it can be done, I'm not sure how. Samsung customer service may be able to help with that.
