What if you woke up in an inescapable, unfamiliar world? What would you do if you only wanted to go back, but no one understood that? What if no one in that strange world believed you?

I probably would believe what the beings of the other world told me. I would assume it was a dream I had during a coma where I forgot everything and search for my life in this new world, probably to no avail. Sounds like a book plot.
