Is there any way that someone could track my computer history when I've deleted the cache, cookies, and history. I've done some pretty shady things in the past and now I'm worried it will catch up with me and ruin my career, or compromise friends?

Your ISP will also know some/all of your history, as may owners and operators of proxies and DNS servers somewhere in your link.

I was required to run  a network monitoring tool (http://www.scu.edu/ethics/publications/iie/v9n2/brother.html) at one of my companies and was amazed at what people were doing online.

Someone, somewhere sees all.

thats right!, your Internet Provider keeps track of everything. someone out there definitely knows your history. (i read somewhere a few months ago that they keep your history for a minimum of 6 months to 2 years, and the authorities can ask for it anytime they want.

Even if you've deleted everything, it can still be found on your hard drive. However, it takes a pro to really dig into a hard drive to bring up old history and the likes. You'll be fine.

it can still be found deep within your hard drive.. HOWEVER, you have to be extremely good with computers to access it.
