At the moment, Snapchat only works on a number of specific devices. Luckily, Sony Xperia J is an Android smartphone, therefore it is one
of the devices that the Snapchat app works on.
Most of the current phones that are capable of running Android operating software have access to the same apps, and in
this case Snapchat is one of those apps.
This is a list of the other operating systems that support the latest version of Snapchat:
- iOS 6 or higher
- Android 4.1+ (Jelly Bean and higher)
- Android 4.0+
for Samsung Galaxy S3s
When you get the phone simply sign into the Play
store and search through the apps, or search specifically for "Snapchat", then just install the app onto your phone for free.
The
Android version of Snapchat works in exactly the same way as other
versions of the app do: Simply take a photo or video and then send
it to any of the friends on your contact list.
They will be able to view your message for a few seconds
before it deletes itself.
