To get into Drakebreath City
Gym you have to first collect the Alpha Scripture from the House of Solana on
Route 416.
Then Fly back to Yellow Town
and hand the last part of the Alpha scripture to Professor Jasmine. She
will take you on a journey in the past to see the Alpha Universe and the
legendary Pokemon.
When you come out of the
flashback Fly back to Drakebreath City and head to the cave at the North East
of the city, which will now be open. The cave leads to Mt. Draken & the
Distortion World and you will meet some well known Pokemasters. Be ready to
fight!
After winning your battles
you will be met and told Drakebreath City Gym is finally open…simple.
