If you're having problems with your JiTouch 2 after installing OS X Mavericks, then rest assured you aren't the only one.
As far as I can see, OS X Mavericks isn't supported. There's a statement on their ste saying as much:
They also have a support page with a contact form. So if you're interested in chasing up a date for when they will roll our compatibility with Mavericks, then you can contact them here."We're working on Mac OSX 10.9 Maverick support!"
