You can post questions about Android anonymously and free on Blurtit... Our community is growing day by day, and I wouldn't be surprised if we have a few Android experts among us already (I know we have an iOS expert on Blurtit anyway).
But, if you're looking for someone outside the Blurtit community, I've found the G+ communities to be quite a good source of information.
As a Google product, I think it makes a lot of sense to look for people to help you out there. The Android Developer community is particularly active on G+, although I'm not 100% sure about the facility to post questions anonymously!
