If by 'The Aoss Button' you mean a button that allows you to turn off your wireless, then it depends on what version of PSP you have. If you have a classic 1001 series PSP, then it is the switch on the left side of the unit. If you have a PSP slim (2001 or 3001 series), then the switch is on the top of the unit.
If you move it from where it is to the opposite side, then try to scan for a new wireless access point, you have it in the right position when the unit tells you that your WLAN switch is not turned on. If it still finds some, then it was off in the first place, and switching it back should turn it off. If neither position stops the unit from seeing wireless access points, and doesn't give that error, then the switch is broken (though usually that will automatically leave you in the 'off' position).

Hope that helps, and you have a great day!

For Wifi on PSP you need a router. Some routers have a mode called AOSS. It automatically reconfigures your PSP settings, so you don't have to enter the settings
