Good luck! I have called 4 times to have my number changed JUST ONCE and they keep saying turn your phone off, and when it is turned back on, go to home, and see if your number has changed. After almost 2 months, my ex is still calling my phone harassing me because straight talk can't get it right. If you'd like to try, call 877-430-2355 then the options are 4 5 then 2. Good luck.
