Blurtit making me edit my original answer because there was some duplicate info (necessary but apparently not allowed) Hope you've already solved the problem, but if not I've been trying to give you the list of codes for RCA. Using number keys, enter 1st set of 3-digit codes from list below. After you enter 3rd digit, the red LED will turn off indicating code was recognized. If code was not compatible, LED light will flash several times, you need to repeat by entering next code from list (you have 30 seconds to enter another code)
After you've entered the correct code the LED light goes off. Press the ON/OFF key. If device turns off, you know you have the right code. Write it down for future use. If device doesn't turn off, you will have to repeat the process starting over entering the codes. Here is the list for RCA:

000, 003, 004, 005, 007, 009, 011, 015, 048, 082, 092, 094, 096, 098, 101, 102, 103, 107, 113,125, 129, 167, 179, 187, 188, 191, 194.

You can also do a code search for any brand:

1. Turn on device you want to set. 2. Aim remote at device, press and hold down the CODE SEARCH button for at least 3 seconds until LED lights up solid red.
4. Press the device button for the item you wish to program, e.g. TV, DVD, VCR, etc, and the LED light will blink once then remain solid red.
5. Press ON/OFF button on remote slowly and repeatedly until the device you are trying to program shuts off. (Note LED light will blink once each time you press ON/OFF button)
Once this occurs, press ENTER button to store code and the LED light will turn off.

Go to hifi-remote.com

On the above site you will find lots of codes for different brands. For RCA codes are 0047, 0019, 0051, 0018, 0038, 0090, 0135. Turn on the Tv and press search button till light stays on. Try these 4 digit codes one by one. After you have entered the digit, the light will stop blinking showing that the code for the device is correct. Just store the code and go for another one. If you want a free manual for the universal remote then just click here.

Enjoy blurting :)
