You cannot block certain numbers from calling you on your Nokia 2680s -2... BUT you can block all numbers which are not in your contact list from calling.
However, they will still be able to leave voicemails, and you'll have the freedom to call them back if you choose. I've explained how to do this below.
- Find the Setting Menu
- Select Security
- Select Limit Use
- Then select Restrict All Incoming Calls
If this option doesn't meet your needs then try contacting your service provider. They will usually be able to block a phone number from calling you.
If the call is a marketing or sales call then you could always accept one of the calls and simply ask to be taken off their calling lists. The company will often be obliged to do so, and cannot hold your details without your permission.
Who ever is calling you should respect your decision to decline speaking to them, and if a few polite words doesn't work, silences is a mean mistress. I would either ignore them until they get the hint, or contact your service provider.
