I think the first option is best for the companies. There are a number of companies which have made their manufacturing units in China like Volkswagen, Isuzu, and Boeing. China is an emerging market and even the companies protect their sales today and do not take the risk from transfer of technology, then tomorrow they have to face the situation again. Let's take the example of Boeing, General Administration of Civil Aviation of China has announced the new air crafts order that will be completed till 2024, so if USA do not go with terms of China then it have to face unemployment in its aviation industry.
