Firstly have all the numbers that you want on speed dial ready in your phonebook.
Click menu (from the start/widget screen) then click phonebook on the top row of options in the middle.
Once on the phonebook, look below the battery symbol, where it has a drop down menu saying 'contacts' with a downward arrow. Click it.
Then click favourites.
There you should find the numbers 2-12, put the numbers which you wish to have on speed dial in there
