If you are a 3ds ambassador, the 20 free games will give you coins. You can also take the beginner survey for like 30 coins. If you lost the pin codes for your games, then call nintendo toll free at 1800-255-3700 6am thru 7pm. They gave me codes for a bunch of my games. It does not work with lego star wars
