I Can't Do Anything When I Get Into My Hotmail Account, I Can't Read Any Messages Or Send Anything. It Says That There Is A Error On The Page And It Freezes. What Do I Do?

I was kind of having the same issue...I couldn't open,create,or delete emails. In fact, practically every single button shown at the inbox page did absolutely nothing. So as you can imagine, like a true Computer Scientist, I got frustrated and began clicking all over the page as a last act of desperation. Amazingly enough, I clicked on the "Manage Folders" button, which lists the amount and size of emails in any given folder, and after doing so completely fixed the problem. I was then able to view my different email folders, create mail, etc.

Far be it from me to know why that fixed the problem, but I can attest that this is what fixed it. Previously, the issue was happening on other computers. I even reinstalled IExplore & Firefox, cleared all cookies,history,temp files,etc and none of these things worked, until I clicked on the "manage folders" button.
