If you have a Verizon or old altell phone then you are probably not going to be able to download ringtones because it won't let premium messaging go through. You can search on the internet and try to find some manual programming instructions to change the settings in your phone but it isn't an easy task. If you have a page plus phone then all you need to do is call page plus (1-800-550-2436) and have them turn on the premium messaging. I have a verizon phone and it won't work on it...so...
