There does not appear to be a live online chat function on the site. Yet there are several functions in which one may be able to contact Gamespot either by email or online e-form.
The GameStop Corporation (NYSE: GME) is an American video game and entertainment software retailer with around 6,500 retail stores that are spread across the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Austria, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Portugal, and Sweden. GameStop opened a further 400 new stores in 2009
The company operates under the name GameStop, EB Games, Babbage's, Micromania, MovieStop, and FuncoLand and also operate three e-commerce websites called GameStop.com, EBgames.com and ImpulseDriven.com, Flash game site Kongregate, Jolt Online Gaming, and Game Informer magazine - GameStop's proprietary video and computer game publication.
In addition to video and computer games, GameStop also sells magazines, strategy guides, and other related merchandise. In May 2010, 48.1per cent of GameStop's profits came exclusively from the sale of used video game products.
If you decide to update an order then you will have to visit the Order History page and log-in accordingly. According to their website you click on the order number to review order details and available self-service options. Depending on where your order is in the processing cycle you may be able to update credit card information, change the shipping service level or cancel an order. Alternatively you can send them an email or call (800) 883-8895. Their normal opening hours are from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (CST) seven days a week. And if your product or order has already been processed it might be too late to make changes.
